Silver is the precious metal and holds its value as one. Bronze is the one to pick if you want the look of an old excavated piece, or if you want two pieces instead of one.

Yes. Every silver pendant is solid .999 fine silver, and every silver cuff and pair of earrings is solid .925 sterling — real, weighable precious metal, not plated or filled. Each piece is stamped with its purity and ships with a signed Certificate of Authenticity. Bronze pieces are solid bronze, not plated, and carry the same certificate.

Right metal, right job.

Pendants are .999 fine silver — pure, poured thick, no copper in the alloy so there's nothing to react against your skin. A pendant hangs; it doesn't need spring.

Cuffs and earrings are .925 sterling. A cuff has to hold its shape on a wrist and take a bend when you adjust it, and earrings take daily handling at thin points — fine silver is too soft for that. The copper in sterling gives it the hardness the job needs. Every piece, either alloy, is solid through — never hollow, never filled.

Yes. All silver tarnishes, and bronze does too — that's real metal reacting to real air. It's the sign you're wearing something solid instead of something plated.

On a hand-finished piece it works in your favor. The darkening settles into the low places and throws the raised surfaces forward, so the detail gets stronger over time. We oxidize the recesses by hand before it ships, which is that same process started early — the contrast you see in the photos is intentional, and it deepens as you wear it.

Most people leave it alone. If you want the high points brighter, a polishing cloth takes thirty seconds. Leave the low places dark; that's the finish. Bronze goes further and faster, toward deep brown, and that patina is the whole character of the piece.

Yes. Wear it often — skin contact keeps metal brighter than a drawer does. Keep it out of chlorine, bleach, and salt water, and store it dry.

We also offer an optional Protective Seal, applied by hand before your piece ships. It's a clear coating on the surfaces that meet skin that slows tarnish considerably. Note that it is a coating — polishing will wear through it, and it will need reapplying eventually. Add it on the product page, right above Add to cart.

A fine silver pendant won't — that reaction comes from copper, and there's no copper in .999. Sterling and bronze pieces are copper alloys, so on some skin they can leave a temporary mark. It washes off and it doesn't harm anything. If that's a concern, the Protective Seal is applied to exactly the surfaces that meet skin.

Every design is different, so exact dimensions in millimeters are listed on each product page. Weights vary with the shape — these are solid pieces with real heft, not stamped sheet.

Each cuff is poured in one size and adjusts by hand. Wrap a tape or a strip of paper around your wrist where the cuff will sit, snug but not tight, and compare it to the fit range on the product page — most cover roughly 6½ to 7½ inches. The cuff slides on from the side, over the narrow edge of the wrist, and should not slip over your hand.

To adjust, open or close it a little at a time with both hands. Don't work it back and forth repeatedly. If your wrist falls outside the range, contact us before ordering and we'll pour to fit.

Each pendant comes on a heavy 4mm braided leather cord, 22 inches, with a gunmetal magnetic barrel clasp — it sits right at mid-chest. We wear-tested these ourselves through full work days before we sold a single one.

Want it on metal instead? Add a sterling curb chain on the pendant's page — 5.5mm or 8mm heavy, in 20 or 24 inches — and your pendant ships on the chain in place of the cord.

Yes. Wear it for 30 days. If it isn't right, send it back for a full refund — we only ask that it returns in the condition it left in. Personalized and custom pieces are the exception. If anything arrives damaged or flawed, we'll make it right.
